We were engaged on this project to carry out the groundworks package which comprised bulk excavation, formation of new RC foundations, Slabs and stairs, Installation of below ground drainage, concreting the floors of the new steel frame.
We were engaged on this project to carry out both packages to form a new RC annex below ground level and a structural alteration package to the existing townhouse. This comprised of installation of temp works, Formation of new RC structure, structural alterations, Installation of new Structural steel, new below ground drainage and general builders works.
