At Farcon, we attach huge importance to the promotion of Health and Safety at Work.

We believe our employees have the right to go home after their days work in the same condition as they arrived (except maybe a little more tired!)

We believe that the promotion of a positive attitude towards Health and Safety is intrinsic to the success of all our projects.

All of our employees understand the importance of their duty, not only to themselves but to others working around them.

We provide relevant task specific training to all of our employees and the holding of a CSCS card is a minimum requirement. All our managers have SMSTS training and all our Supervisors have SSSTS training

We have also achieved CHAS, Builders Profile, Acclaim and Constructionline accreditation and are full members of ASUC

We pride ourselves on the quality of the work we deliver which we believe is reinforced by our gaining ISO9001:2015 accreditation 

Reducing our impact on the environment should be important to everyone and we are no different – we try to minimise the impact of our work by only using sustainable products and recycling where possible - which is why we felt it important to work towards gaining ISO14001:2015 accreditation which we have now achieved - to view our IMS Policy please click on the link here
